Nostos - directed by Sofia Camargo

On the outskirts of Bogota, Juana, a 7-year-old girl, watches her world as she knew it fade away with her mother’s pregnancy. Her curiosity and rebelliousness lead her to take refuge in the forest, taking with her a newborn rabbit. Nostos is Sofia Camargo’s second short film, where she explores innocence and plays with imaginaries about motherhood, but also hints at the dilemmas of social class and the complexity of family relationships.
